Breathe

Feel the cool mist
Taste it
Smell it
Feel it’s thickness on your skin
Nature’s reminder
To listen
To feel
To sit
In the the fog of your mind

Journey inward
Release fear of the unseen
For from within you
Your deepest depths of being
Your truest potential resides

As the fog lifts
Bring forth your vision
Even if just a snippet
