Welcome Arms came forth through my love of nature, life, imagery, people and our stories. The underlying values of Welcome Arms are to empower and inspire others to live a life of fullness and authenticity. Through my imagery, writing. essential oil guidance, and through sharing the lifestyle approaches of myself and my family, this is how I make a difference in the world.
The arms of Welcome Arms continue to reach out and expand, a company built on love, trust and truth. To BE yourself, to feel good in your own skin and deep into your soul, to value and see nature, to embrace life... Welcome Arms encompasses all of these.

...Essential oils are awakening, they are calming, they heal, they inspire, they refresh. The power that they have towards overall well-being is so beautiful when you know how to use them and when you have access to quality. This is why I fell in love with the doTERRA oils and chose to share and support others to use them safely and effectively.
... Energy work allows me to hold space for you in a beautiful and holistic way. REIKI is an ancient Japanese energy practice that involves a gentle transfer of energy. It is balancing and supports renewal and clarity of mind~body~soul.
As a retired Naturopathic Doctor, I am very well versed in the need to work with and embrace the whole person... mind, body, soul... Honoring this triad underlies who I am, and therefore underlies Welcome Arms. When I was in practice, I was always drawn to the powers of plants... their constituents, their diversity, their healing power. Whether in a whole tea form, a tincture concoction, the energetic signatures of homeopathy, or in the concentrated potency of their essential oils, plants intrigue me. Energy work has been a valuable part of my healing journey and I am grateful to now be a source to offer REIKI to others, often combined with the added benefits of doTERRA essential oils and mindfullness work.
