I will be the silver haired crone sitting on the rocks singing to the ocean... and imagining
this image brings so much peace and happiness to my heart.
To be, to connect, to express as YOU
This is the message I wish to portray always.
There they are
Kissing my head
Streaked through the dark waves
Shimmering in the light of day
A sparkling tendril
Each one like a badge of experience
As my fingers move through
Like everything in nature
We can let go
Let go of our perception
Let go of societal expectation
Let them be
A silver tendril
A piece of the magic that is you
Part of your transition in this life
A reminder of the years
You have lived and loved
So grateful for this time
And so much more
Each silver tendril
A tiny piece
of the natural progression
That is me
I am blessed
I am whole
With my silver tendrils

Amidst the silver birches :)
I would like to reach out to women in the
HRM, Nova Scotia area who are comfortable
with their grey to contact me.
I would love to create a project of women
embracing their grey.
We would gather together in nature,
group images and individual.
Let’s make it happen!
Much love from Welcome Arms,
