Guided Journey held in Reiki
These sessions are held in a small group setting.
They are held on our land hopefully surrounded by trees (weather permitting), the ocean heard in the distance.
And I also lead these sessions on Zoom.
I write all of my own guided meditations. It fills my heart to write.
For in-person sessions, each of you will receive an essential oil blend to support your journey - that I make custom for each session
based on the energies we will be held within.
For Zoom sessions, I will make essential oil recommendations to support your journey.
When sessions are held outdoors on our land, I strive to have a fire following the session to allow you to process, chat, and release.
My personal medicine wheel space will also be available to anyone who would like a quiet moment to themselves.
