Feel it’s grounding energy

          Solid
Lift your face to the sky
Lungs expanded, throat extended
     Cobra
          Open
Allow your senses the freedom to feel
Smell the fresh pine
     Sweet
          Refreshing
Allow it to cleanse you
Know the connection
     Feel
         Be
           One
